Ralph Cassagnol Web Design, Tech, Business Efficiency

I build websites, and the systems behind the counter that save you time. I manage a tailor shop and wrote the software that runs it, so I build around the way your business already works.

Websites

What people see when they look you up.

New websites

Clean, fast sites that show up when people search for you.

Updates & repairs

Fix, refresh or modernize the site you already have.

Google listing setup

Hours, photos and reviews, set up right.

Domains, email & hosting

Your own web address and business email, set up and kept running.

Ongoing tech help

One person to call for the website, the listings and whatever else stops working. A monthly retainer keeps me on hand, and bigger projects are quoted on their own.

Systems that run your business

The paper, the phone calls and the things you keep track of in your head can be handled by software built for your shop. I build it, set it up on the devices you already have, and train your staff.

  • Order & ticket tracking

Replaces paper tickets and promises tracked from memory

  • "Ready for pickup" messages

Replaces the daily "is my order done?" calls

  • Appointment booking

Replaces phone tag and a paper calendar

  • Customer & order history

Replaces digging through old slips to find what a regular had done

  • One view across every counter

Replaces calling the back room or the other location to find a job

  • Simple owner reports

Replaces guessing how busy the week was and what is overdue

Who I work with

Local businesses

Shops, trades and services whose customers look them up before they call. If your site is out of date, hard to find or not there at all, that is where we start.

Creatives

Photographers, makers and artists who need their work seen. A portfolio that loads fast, looks like you and makes it easy to get in touch.

How it works

The same four steps as a good alteration.

  1. Step 1

    Measure

A free 20-minute look at your site and at how a job moves through your day, from drop-off to pickup. In plain English.

  2. Step 2

    Cut

I build a first version around what your customers actually need to find: hours, services, prices, how to reach you.

  3. Step 3

    Fit

You try it on. We go through it together and I adjust until it sits right.

  4. Step 4

    Finish

The site goes live. I stay available for changes, so you are never stuck with something you cannot update.
